Summary & Review
This story follows Nina & Blake. It’s a short and quick read, so I definitely expected some insta-love/lust. But even with that, the story was actually really cute.
Alright, so Nina is accidentally added to a secure Mafia group chat and she changes her name to Bunny the killer, thinking it’s just a joke. But it’s not. And Blake, the head of the Mafia, is familiar with his staff and knows this person isn’t part of his team.
He quickly realizes Nina isn’t part of his world at all, but she tries to keep pretending she’s an assassin, since she’s concerned that if she’s found out, her brother will be killed for being the one who accidentally added her to the chat.
Little does she know, Blake is already aware of who she is and he quickly becomes obsessed.
I gotta say – I don’t usually enjoy insta-love/lust, but this one was fun. The story was well written and honestly, I really enjoyed the characters that Evie Rose created. Plus, the narration was fantastic! Both narrators did a wonderful job and it was a blast to listen to.
