Summary & Review

I used a credit to purchase this audiobook the day it came out. After that wild cliffhanger in book 1, NoFear, I couldn’t wait to see what would happen next! And whew, it did not disappoint.

We’re thrown back in to the crazy life that is Noah and Team Olympus. Except now, some of the guys know Noah’s secret. She’s still not allowed to inform the rest, per her contract with the jerks in charge, so only half of them even know the truth and it’s led to some interestingly tense situations.

On top of that, the entire ClikByte challenge is somewhat on hold while they continue to investigate the player who was killed during a live stream, along with the attack Ace and Noah suffered through at the end of book 1. That’s an interesting aspect to the story that I very much enjoy.

The spice definitely picks up in this one and we got to explore some more of the dynamics and relationships between characters, which has been a blast. I love how different and unique each main character is, and I love to see how they all fit together. Especially now that they all have something they didn’t even know they were missing – Noah!

These endings are insane, Tate James. I love and hate it. They get me hooked and keep me impatiently waiting for the next book in the series, but it’s also devastating that I don’t have all the answers right now. 🥺 I need book 3 to get here so I can continue with this wild story! I’ve been on the lookout, and it looks like Peaches will be released in ebook format in December, so hopefully soon after that we’ll get the audio!
